2.当以某个过去时间为起点时的“在……之后”，after之后既可以时间点，也可以接时间段。
I’ll come back after 8 o’clock. 我将在8点钟以后回来。
He came back after 8 o’clock. 他是8点种以后回来的。
Don’t stay out after 10 o’clock at night. 晚上10点以后不要在外面逗留。
The town is completely dead after 11 o’clock at night.
这个镇在晚上 11 点过后就变得就变得死寂一片。
